Return and Order Cancellation Policy
We pride ourselves in providing high quality, products and we are committed to customer satisfaction. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly refund you the purchase price with the following terms and conditions. Only returns originally shipped within the United States will be accepted. Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase (the date on invoice). Product(s) must be undamaged, unopened and in their original packaging. All shipping is nonrefundable. Upon approval, the full purchase price will be refunded or the product will be exchanged due to any manufacturing defects. For our US customer all of our orders ship via USPS, with a delivery confirmation number. Most of the delivery times average between 1 to 7 business days (depend on your location and the delivery option that you select; Express or Priority.)
International shipping via USPS takes around 1 week up to 30 days This depends on the delivery option that you select during check out. Express or Priority.
These delivery times are calculated from the time the order leaves our drop shipper, not from the time you place your order. Processing times are between 1-2 business days.
All packages sent securely in boxes or padded envelopes, from our drop shipper in the United States. On all Package, we write the total value of the products and it’s content to be “Artistic drawing ink” or “Other”.
Our experience shows that no special customs issues occur with the shipping and most orders clear customs and arrive at their destination on time. All international shipping is the client’s responsibility to check all customs regulations and should any issue arises in a country outside of the USA we can not help or be held responsible in any way.
