Returns

We pride ourselves in providing high quality, products and we are committed to customer satisfaction. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly refund you the purchase price with the following terms and conditions:

  • Only returns originally shipped within the United States will be accepted.
  • Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase (the date on invoice).
  • Product(s) must be undamaged, unopened and in their original packaging.
  • All shipping is nonrefundable.
  • Upon approval, the full purchase price will be refunded or the product will be exchanged due to any manufacturing defects.
  • Before returning any item, please contact us at info@jaguaink.com and we will gladly help you with your request.

Order Cancellation

Email cancellations must contain the following:

  • Full name
  • Order number,
  • Email address.

This information must match the information originally submitted on your order. If we have any questions in regards to canceling your order, we may contact you.

Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your order, providing your order has not been shipped. If the cancellation request was received before the order is shipped, we will issue according to your preference, a full refund or store credit. However, if the cancellation order is received after the order has been shipped, we will refund the merchandise total less shipping. We do not charge handling fees or mark up shipping costs.
